Thanks for pointing me here Jaymie :)

(Putting on my programming hat now) there has got to be some way to automatically create hyperlinks from one article to another.

There was I asking about catching fish in the my thread, not knowing that this thread was here.

Procedure:
  • Find the article you wish to link,
  • click on the orange square Image to the left of "Posted: {date}",
  • Right click and "copy link location",
  • Go to "post reply" of thread into which you wish to insert link and click on the URL icon Image,
  • Paste in the URL to the linked post
  • Submit the reply

Not automatic, but it does work.

You may wish to keep your own index of posts which have interesting topics, or drift into areas of interest.

I hope this helps,
Tony

Jeepers! I may be dense, but it's a bit hard to work out what's going on when there's two Ja(y)mies!!! When I scan I don't always see such pesky little things as 'y'....

I bookmark all my interesting threads, or the 'I want to post on that thread, but I'm not ready yet' threads... Because they're bookmarked, I can reference them easily if some1 is looking for something I know the answer to. I can of course find the more easily for myself also, I'm not completely altruistic!

I guess it could do, but its going to be hard to not do that no matter what way you catch and kill them unless you've got a very quick catch and kill method.
