I'm sure it's too late to be in the running for the comp, but I thought I'd add my favourites anyway... Enjoy

Home bred baby marron, roughly 3 weeks from hatching...

Image

Home bred baby yabbies, about 2 weeks old and around 10mm long. Two of them were nice enough to stand next to each other so you can get a good comparison of the colour difference. Note the guy on the left has lost his left cheliped (claw) but has already moulted at least once because it is regrowing...

Darren the Marron (R.I.P.) caught in the act of escaping from my old system...

So I'm guessing Scottie and his "Freakin' Cool Bug" is the winner then. I'll give it 24 hours longer in case there are any last minute votes from people who may have missed it..

aw come on, only 30 odd votes from a site that has 1321 members, how about adding it to the main portal page and deny entry unless you have voted.

(what was that, Sour Grapes you say :D )

Yay!

I miss my Marron.... Bloody 45 degree days :(

My next system (just ignore the sounds of my missus groaning) will incorporate a tank with LOTS of floor space for crays.

BTW - Congrats Scottie :)

I vote that next time we deduct votes from any entry that fogets to resize their photos so that they scroll off the screen

And yep... congrat Scottie

What is the acceptable limit these days, it used to be 800x600 but cmon, anyone using a monitor that small is obviously spending too much coin on AP... :)

hehehe
It's not the screen size, but the network connection that's the issue. Some places I've been, it takes considerable time to d/l a whole page of 800x600 photos...
