wow. that shed looks like a dream shed. the pond looks like i giant raceway to me. sure would second as an ideal lap pool. swimming with the giant barra.

drewl What a bargain a big house, aquaculture license, tanks, bores etc. It almost looks too good to be true, that is not really too big an investment is it? Should we find out more, like maybe a syndicate It could be a farmstay, fish farm

I wouldnt rush or be depressed about it :(

If its cheap now then wait until the interest rates start climbing next year that will put a dent in the price and in any event it may be a fire sale as they have gone bust (marginal aqua business kinda thingy)

...this in no way detracts from the toys on offer...

Im off to get a power ball ticket as Ill need to buy a plane to get over to my weekender westside :)
