do you mind elaborating on that Faye? did you have the water moving?

At the time the net pots were just sitting in a grow bed about 1 inch deep but no moving water and no nutrients at all. They do not seem to have put on any leaf growth but they did fruit.

thanks for that Faye.

interesting stuff. i guess this would indicate that the energy needed to put on fruit was stored in the plants prior to moving.

how long did you have them in plain water?

what did you do with them once moved? i gather they went into an ap system?

were they flowering prior to moving or full veg?

all the best.

They must have sat in the straight water for up to 3 weeks and as they were looking really good I planted them in my system at home ready for the mega big, huge open day where over a thousand people would see them.
were they flowering prior to moving or full veg?
I can't remember if they were flowering when transplanted?

Well it is funny you should say that Elk, I thought fairy lights might be nice.
Now about the music, just the other day I was looking at my monarch butterfly caterpillars when the dog started barking at sirens. The caterpillars startedf licking their tails (soto speak), do you think they would do the same for rock'n'roll music. I should test, shouldn't I.

Fairy lights, metal halides... same difference. Gives you an excuse to leave them on at night... Throw up some coloured bud lights to convince the neighbors. Get a bit more growing time over summer...
