AP is hard to explain, so when the guy in B asked me what I wanted the valve I was looking for for, I told him a sorta kinda had a small hydroponics system.

He then proceeded to tell me he had some of the valves at home and would trade me for some 'wizz' not knowing what he meant, I played dumb.
He then starts telling me how he wires up illegal marijuana setups, and bypasses the mains etc, and because he was a nice guy and I'd been chatting, he knew I was an engineer. He starts asking if I know any good techniques for boootlegging mains!!!
Needless to say, I thanked him for his help and left quickly. ;-)
I don't want to have anything to do with that, despite my stance on pro-legalisation.

I'd believe that... I was telling this story to a mate the other night... I forgot his wife was a copper who does lots of work with marijuana busts in Vic. Should a seen her ears pick up as certain keywords triggered off the 'red alert' synapses in her brain it was rather funny, she was mid conversation, then suddenly looming over me ;-)
