A cheap alternative to the one above.....

Half the size, maybe half the lifespan.... but cheap.....

These usually end up going for between $150-$250.... seller lists about 5 at a time, then relists a few days later....

Have I missed something ?

8 x 4.6 Metres. is a lot more than 5000L?

The el cheapo I picked up for $299 from target is 4 x 4 (approx) and 12000L

mind you the one in the picture looks a lot more robust...but it went for $2k!

If you go anywhere near this stuff Sleepe BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL....

It is about as strongly "basic" as hydrochloric acid is acidic....indeed it's often used to "neutralise" strong acids......

TAKE EXTREME CARE with WATER....

Quote:
The dissolution in water is strongly exothermic, producing substantial amounts of energy in form of heat, leading to temperature rise, sometimes up to boiling point and over

The "real" name for a 1000ltr bulk bin is a "Schutz" Bin.... they've become known generically as IBC's.... Intermediate Bulk Container.... or some say... Industrial Bulk Container
