I don't believe so. Assuming this is a joke? I can see a little gold fish, and a concrete frog... but I don't get it. Call me dull - hey, I'm an Engineer. ;-)

Very informative. I had thought

Might mean they were using cats as technology to reduce Cane Toads, but they're so poisonous I was intrigued... But enjoyable to watch all the same. BTW the golf club is not the only management technique ;-)

I would like to see the CSIRO come out with a deadly virus for Cane Toads like they have at least twice for rabbits... That'd be nice. I guess they're too closely related to native frog species to make it possible... :-( pity that.

More research into DNA targeting nano-bots!!

Of course not there is always the spud gun.

Profanity again. Seems to be a cane toad normalcy.

I have plenty of Australian friends and they show me things like this. LOL

Dettol? I think is used, cricket bats, golf clubs, baseball bats, cars, acid, freezing, hemorrhoid cream, etc...

And apparently they are so tough that things wont kill them if you do a bit of research there is no guarantee that acid will kill them it will burn/deform them and they survive. They can be run over and spit their guts out then pull them back in hop away like it never happened.

Down with the cane toads... They kill everything! Tilapia got nothing on these little bastards in terms of invasive IMHO anyway.

They are unbelievably tough little buggers, as proved by that last clip - animal lovers please do not view - I remember visiting QLD when I was a kid (about 12) and wanted to do my part. I attempted to end the life of one by dashing it againts a concrete wall, then the floor, then the roof, I actually got quite upset, because the thing wouldn't die... And yet I couldn't stop trying, because it was obviously in pain.

Some ppl do collect them, you can get handbags and key chains, briefcases etc from cane toad skin... interesting novelty

I'm sorry but such profanity as calling a cane toad a 'Frog' should not be allowed on this forum. 'Shame on you!' imagine how all those cute delicate and important to the ecosystem frogs must feel - even as they're being eaten by said toads. ;-)
