Rotary International is involved in many projects around the world. I'm wondering if anyone is working on an international project with them to bring AP knowledge to third world countries.

That's a negative for me, but I was involved in RYLA, and so have considered bringing it to that fantastic group of people.

Glad to hear that you've had involvement in the past KP. It's just such a great organization. My wife has been a rotatian for about 7 years now and was president of her club last year. We've been to a couple of International conventions and seen some of the wonderful selfness things rotarians to for others. It just seems to me that if we aren't bringing AP to Rotary, now's the time to do it.

I'm trying to get Engineers Without Borders fired up about AP...
EWB aims to provide capacity building to disadvantaged communities. As long as it fits the cultural needs of the community, I see AP as being a great technology to promote. They have been close to doing joint projects with Rotary a few times, and I'm sure it will happen.

No doubt you've seen dthawk's AP work in el salvador ? Brilliant stuff.

Northwestern College supposedly has a system up and running in Moldova working with a mission organization. It seems they have come up with a turnkey system I read about in Growers Edge. I am trying to get info about how it works and what it looks like and costs and such.

Unfortunately there are no pics on the site.
