I'd be a bit concerned with the Copper.... suggest if you use it you start with a small amount onto/in your growbed not your fish tank.

I would only use the Min Plus as Jamie suggests or similar. Any chemical based fert would be suspect I think.

Seems to be an entirely organic fertiliser, not a chemical fertiliser....

Min Plus, being an Australian product, may not be available to members in Hawaii Josh

The Dr. earth product has the exact same listed ingredients. I'll try it in small quanities. Thanks guys!!

also, can anyone think of a way to correct these deficancies without fertilizer additives? would a gravel bed as a grow medium give some of these trace elements? variety of fish feed? or just be limited to plants that don't require these elements in abundance if we don't want to add anything extra?

My personal theory is that the higher-protein foods would also have more trace elements. However, if you have vegetarian fish, it's best to stay with the lower-protein food. DD was finding that they digest it better.

Just checking but it's not damage done by snails or slugs or some other bug is it?
Just looks similar to some of our plants after they have been grazed on.
