Put it this way. Before I put the drainage in the area was frequently flooded in any season after frequent rains (typical of NZ this rain thing) ranging from 1-10 cm of water in there for several days.

If it weren't for the new drains and air vents under the house it would be positively nasty in there. It's still a moss growing dungeon.

Lucy Lawless is on "Celebrity Duets" (crappy new TV show) in the U.S. tonight. Just thought you'd like to know where she is.

I did an episode of Xena once. Can't say I didn't enjoy it.
