Awesome. I loved the cameraman's closing comment :)

Only one small issue. The use of the "hydroponic" tag has lead to a number of other video links next it being of plants with questionable legality.

yeah i figure the outter pipe is to big for the inner pipe but it's all i had to play around with at the time. the inner pipe also shouldnt be bent like that either but it's the only way i could make a stand pipe with the pvc pieces i had... seems like i hit the hardware store every other day.

i'll let ya'll know when my buddy makes the video of the new system.

ps. that cat's name is... ummm 'cat' he just showed up a year ago and started living with me. since his arrival the rats left, so i give him some food as barter for his services. He's usually just known as 'the cat in question' or sometimes just 'the orange one'. There's two others running around here as well, brough along by my girlfriend. There's three other 'supervisors' in the backyard.. two dogs and a goat.

All that wasted water at the end of the video coming out of the syphon, there is no drought where you are obviously.
The syphon idea worked very well.

great video, great music, and great AP stuff. we need to start posting more on youtube. becuase i bet there are so many people that are intrusted in Aquaponics, but just dont fully understand it becuase they get things throw seeing it in action.
