They have been condemed for being 'violent' and this pi$$e5 me off.
But we are missing the real issue here and that is the Japanese people.
Japan is obviously a country with great problems, each day the people suffer and the problem just gets worse and worse. Obviously to solve this very real crisis we are going to need scientific research. I propose a scientific expedition to Japan to harpoon, process and bring back Japanese. Now I know such an exotic meat is going to be a bit different at first for the Aussie populace, however I am sure with a generous government advertising campaign and by slotting it into a gourmete market position we can win the people over to this new taste sensation.
The plans I have drawn up will sustainably harvest the population at around 25% each year. I figure this will give us the data we need to ensure there are always Japanese in the world for people to enjoy. I realise many countrys rely on Japanese for tourism, but in the end the scientific data we will gather will mean this resource will be available well into the future....

I understand that this is an attempt at humor, but let's please not promote hatred of and violence against an entire people.
