I have started getting mine ready for winter. I am coating the tanks with foam and I am making a lid. The blue barrel on the right is bio filter.

so how do you put one layer of plastic on the inside of the ribbing and one on the outside? of a hoophouse

Depends on your attachment technique. You can use the PVC plastic clip or screws with big washers.

ah that would work. is the pvc clip where you cut rings of pvc and split the ring and then slide it over a pipe?

what would you estimate the costs for throwing togeather a hoophouse about 12 feet long.

I'd guesstimate about 40 linear feet of PVC plus connections and plastic sheeting.... $50 maybe?
