for the signature, go to PROFILE, scroll down, EDIT SIGNATURE, make sure to also click ALWAYS SHOW SIGNATURE (don't bother typing your sig in the box there, do the EDIT SIG bit)

Beneton Movie Gif is free and easy to use for making animated Gifs. Need to be 100x100 and 20k or less for here
