handed in my qld plates, which they proceeded to lose all record of, then blamed ME for not asking them for paper work they were supposed to give me.
I then pointed out they MUST have the plates since you can't re register a car in WA without first handing in the existing plates. they said but my car might not have been registered! yes i said.. but this whole discussion is about me getting a refund on EXISTING REGO...

Landgate used to be DLI and previously DOLA a couple of years prior to that. I should know as I used work for them.
