G'day,
I have spent several hours (days/weeks) reading through all the the threads and have come to the conclusion that you are all insane.

You count fish coup, dabble in pyrotechnics, run piping through compost heaps, test water pumps that have flows that would embarass any reputable fire hydrant - I just gotta join.

My resume:
I had an aquarium many moons ago and have only heard about hydroponics so I am a virgin to aquaponics, but after perusing this site have started costing containers, piping, fittings and gravel and have committed the AP's cardinal sin of visiting the "B" place (several times).

The bug has bitten - so much so that I will start "Ell's system" thread this weekend and bare my "AP" soul for all.

Talk to a moderator Ell - doh I am one . The avatar has to be quite small in file size and also has to meet certain dimensions. I remember having some problems at first. Maybe check that aspect out.

Muzz, it the ying and the yang thing man, you can't have all this water going about with out it being ballanced by fire. I'm the universes way of keeping things in check. LOL

Re the avatar: from memory i think you need to enter your password and re-confirm it again on that screen or it bombs out. The website field is only a problem when registering.

If this does not work then attach your avatar in a PM to me and i'll hook you up
