Cheers LB, it doesn't have the wow factor of ur system but I am quietly chuffed with the way it has panned out.

I have plenty of shade cloth and UV covers. Is there a chance i could get by without the gh plastic until the end of summer? For the next 6 months i will be more concerned about heat reduction than heat retention i reckon. What do people think.

Thanks FF. Will not using plastic this summer have a huge effect on the heat absorption of the gb rocks? I would be pretty confident still about keeping silvers happy, i just don't want the water getting too hot for trout. I am still leaning towards silvers with an eye to trout next easter.

Apparently last summer every trout farm in Vic had major losses due to high water temps and the problems that brings for trout.

Darren as soon as you get the tank in the garage and full you can get your fish and then you have about 2 weeks to do the plumbing that many fish in all that water plenty of breathing space and seeing you are not cutting holes in the tank [go man go ] You are going to seed it from the other system i hope

Looking good TT..Like FF said drill more holes on 4 points of pipe and then in the middle of those points also..

Have you thought of vertical climbing frames mesh, and where it will attached to baths or between them..Got to use the vertical space 8)

So close....

Thank you all, I feel ur lurve.
LB, we will have our climbing plants in the row on the far left side(south side, won't shade other beds), not commissioned yet. Will def have some sort of trellis setup.
There are 3 rows of drill holes in each standpipe, just can't see them in the photos, will drill a few more to keep ppl happy!
BK, did u see Uncle Chop Chop's cameo on Kath and Kim Sunday night? Pi$$er.
Perhaps cornering the outdoor GAY bathtub market will give me a little more working capital Rupe. dt, I got nuthin on you, ur efforts to get AP up and running in ur part of the world are inspiring.
Dasall.

I'm envious - not only multi coloured GBs but also multi coloured pipe adhesive and two toned taps
