Finally some pics of my system up and running, working for around 2 weeks now. Initial plans had 4 growbeds, but that proved unusable, didn't want to climb a ladder to pick the plants. Initial problems included one autosiphon working fine other 2 where tempremental, also washing the gravel (scoria) was a nightmare.

Currently the system runs for 15 minutes on and 45 minutes off 24 hours a day. Each grow bed has an autosiphon inside which allows the growbeds to fill to around 3/4 full.

14 goldfish currently call the tank home. Tank volume is around 250 litres.

Very nice and simple Fud.
I suggest that you cover the outside of your fish tub with polystyrene foam (old fruit boxes etc) and shade the top of the tub with some shade cloth..With direct exposed to the sun the tub will build up algae pretty quick..I had a similar tub and the algae just ate into the tub..
Looking great :D

very very sweet fuds, love the wall feature idea. I also like that u have ur siphons in the tub to reduce clutter on ur feature wall.

A suggestion if I may. Put a 90 degree elbow and some pipe down to each gb surface, from the drain pipe of the bed above. This will reduce splash/evaporation and stop algae from growing on the surface of ur gbs, (depletes DO.) In a small system you have less margin for error with ur water quality parameters, things turn to $hit very quickly. LB's idea with the foam lid is a good one too. (Another growing area as well as reducing algal growth, 2 for one!)

nice system Fuds,
don't let the Salvinia get away from your system, it is a bad pest.
