File comment: enough space above it for a vent of some sort. Prolly run one horizontal bar either side for overall structural support

Thanx for the kind words everyone, been a pretty big learning curve. Just need to get the big tank in the shed and get things flowing. Then i can put the shadecloth and plastic on, finish the framework, perhaps include some vents etc. If i get the system cycling now, should have most things knocked off by the end of Sept.

I can picture the whole setup in my mind now and it has taken a long time for that to happen. It is a good feeling.

Went into Nightingale's 2day FF, the guy GAVE me a float switch. Now i just need to wire it without shorting out the entire suburb.

Actually, the idea of having a separate sub-board/breakers isn't a bad idea if you can incorporate it......

keep in mind for a sub board to be effective the breakers must be rated at less than the supplying breaker

Plumbing into the 8 bathtubs and out to the sump is officially finished. Phew.
Have teed off ballvalve taps where final 2 rows will go, above the input water line across back of gh so we can isolate each row if needed.

Pics in a day or so.

Ready to add rocks this wknd. Need to plumb from sump to fishtank in shed and from fishtank in shed to outlet line to gh. Realistically a quick job. The big thing will be actually getting the fishtank IN the shed.

Can still get 2 inch silvers for 80c, so they will be the go. $hit, all of a sudden, things seem close. Get that done, start cycling, then finish gh cover whilst this is happening.

was thinking more a Jewish Renovation, hehe. (No offence to our Jew friends, it is slang in Aussie for a renovation expedited by the use of matches and some suitably combustible starter.)
