I've got one that looks like that - bought it years and years ago second hand. Have not used it because I am concerned that parts of the fish may get caught in the largish holes. If the head goes through - its going to be hard to get out without damaging.

It's hard to find one that is just right :? I had a good look today, and nothing was *really* right, I didn't see any titanium ones though ;)

I paid $29 for one of those last week, so it only makes sense that they're on sale this week :/

Another alternative is the scoop nets used in swimming pools, only prob is the length of the handle.

Feel for ya UT, nearly bought myself a few weeks back - I got one today and believe it will do the job I require it for, damn place only had the one in stock.

Know the one you got Jaymie, I had the same concerns as vb in using it with our sized fish

Believe me, I don't have a titanium net. I have a $25 one from the farm store.

KE's wife you reckon C1. Regardless of whether they are KE's or his wife's, they are pretty sexy pins. Now all you need is a fish in that net.

You could use shade cloth, some fencing wire and a broom handle to make your own.

I know shade cloth works because I replaced the pool leaf net mesh with shade cloth after 2 tears and it lasted another 4 before we sold the house (and got rid of that bl00dy pool.)

What about using 1/4" pvc pittings and pipe to make the frame, cable tie some netting to it. Also fill the pipe up with something to give it more strength.

How do you bend PVC without kinking it?

Fill it with sand and heat where you need to, then bend!
