Do you guys use the phrase "little" or "short bus" down under? Here in the US it is meant to infer that someone required special/remedial education in school. You might say, "that reporter rode the short bus to school." (Heck, I used to drive the short bus!)
AM,
The reporter did what so often happens. She did not describe the AP projects at PLC, nor how it was related to the rainwater catchment system, but at least credit was given that the photo was taken in the AP area. Now, just wait, you'll be getting phone calls from people about AP and either wanting more info on it or a chance to come visit it.
Okay, if the students are suspect of raiding the garden, are you going to request early morning tongue inspections in the dorms? Woe be unto any student coming down with an infection!!!

Not the longest, still got 12 years to go. The previous Labor government was in power for 13 years (83 to 96), National Labor/Nationalist Party was in power for 13 years (16 to 29) and the longest lived Liberal/Country coalition government was in power for 23 years (49 to 72)


Yes sorry i meant that John Howard has been the longest PM to ever be in power.

I have been asking a lot of people, and they all said September.... So do a lot of ABC shows.
I have been watching quite a few of those debate things that go on in the Parliament house

Nope, that would be Bob Menzies, on the second time round, Dec 49 to Jan 66. Also Apr 39 to Aug 41, but not for the same party.

Lesson; like pollies and marketers, journos lie. Anything for a grabby/confrontational headline or sound grab!
