bower birds are very quick. We used to have them picking chillies off the bush that was in a pot on the verandah. They didn't even stop in flight, just flew past and it was gone :shock:

Yep I've seen bower birds raiding my toms in mid flight... hovering like honey suckers..... :shock:

And there folks is a "prime" example of how the pollies behave and push there agendas.

Sadly it's also a complete demonstration of how easily our media is lead to comply and assist the political process.

Any real (local) reporter would have investigated what the college was doing that led to the grant being awarded...

Instead the paper ran a pre-prepared "press release" from the local Liberal candidates office... complete with attached photo...

Sad... but true....
