They tasted great, very mild, white flakey meat, they made nice filets. We took them straight out of the system and cooked them. They are different than other fish we have caught and eaten. I never had a fish that headless was still flopping on the grill.

Fabulous stuff Joyce... interestingly most of the fish in the tub appear to be a uniform size or very close to it.

Were you selective in catching the fish or do they appear to have all "grown" out at a uniform rate?

Joyce, you'll have to put it into a "zip" or "rar" file then attach it just like you do a photo....

System doesn't allow a "pdf" files as such.... use Winzip or Winrar

Thanks guys. I have some more pictures to send, however, my main breaker to the house went out and I have no electricity until it is fixed, of course it went on the 4th and our building was built in 1978, so the part to fix it no longer exists. My Electric guys are great and are working on the problem. I am staying at the Missions house, (where the fish currently are :D ) until we are up and running again.

There is nothing like the 4th in the big cities. The news was showing the beaches in Cocoa Beach which is much smaller, yet packed, with a large storm approaching. The people started arriving mid day for the fireworks.

Sorry for some spelling errors, but I don't know how to fix it once it is with pictures, more to come, (hopefully not more spelling errors, more pictures.)

Great stuff Joyce... really helpful for people to be able to see a working, productive system.

P.S..... if you want to edit spelling mistakes, just use the edit button as normal... it wont affect the attachments (photos)....

Edit, then re-submit as usual. Editing attachments.... well that's another story.

Thanks rup, The spelling errors were with attachments, above the pictures. Well at least you all know, I know that there are errors, and it is getting late and I am still making mistakes. It's a good thing I am not a english teacher!
I got called down stairs and timed out, so here are the last of these pictures.
