there is an attack of aphids and also damping off in roots of my spinach plant gown in aquaponics system. although the ph and temperature are normal it is still showing some wilting symptoms and nitrogen deficiency. im new to this and im seeking help from anyone. please help me.

Not much to do about the damping off although making certain the water very well oxygenated might help. For the aphids you need to control any ants since they farm the aphids. Depending on the plants you can spray water to get the aphids under control or somewhere around BYAP is a garlic pepper spray formula that helps.
