Good on the pH change should help. I have a bit more to suggest -

Seasol isn't really a fertilizer it's more of a growth promotor so just using this by itself won't take care of all the missing nutrients. It does have some things like potassium and things the plants need but you'll need something else if you have to feed and either don't have enough fish or don't have any fish (like between batches).

Adding the extra fish should help, I don't think you have enough to really feed the system the way it needs to be for that many plants. You might even have to supplement with some organic fertilizer that has slow release nitrogen. You want something that doesn't cause an ammonia spike that kills the fish.

The type of feed is important as well. Flakes generally won't get the job done, you need a good commercial fish pellet. That should get you plenty of nitrogen and phosphorus along with most other things. Usually iron and potassium are the two nutrients you need to add separately but there is some variation between systems because of different feeds and water sources....

Looks like it will probably work, although, I can't be certain. I'm not sure what the going rate is for fish food there. You may want to ask around with some locals, you might be able to do better on price and still get a quality commercial feed.
