can you suggest me a good and cheap grow media for a volume of 50x30x30 cm?

How will I spend for all the volume and which will be its weight?

Good quality German Expanded clay comes in 50L bags, so one bag would be enough for your GB, and as it's made just next door it should be a good price.

10-15mm river gravel works quite well too, and costs a lot less than expanded clay. It doesn't have quite as high a specific surface area, so you need to allow for that in your calculations.
