Hello, I'm a chef based out of Toronto, aquarium fish keeper of many species of pleco catfish and south american cichlids over the years. Looking to setup a quick constant flood system on top of my 135 gallon and grow some microgreens and lettuce.

Looking forward to the mountain of knowledge on here, eventually moving towards system using fish for food such as trout. thanks for having me on

Hey Mikey..... When I first read that I was sure you meant that your "system using fish for food such as trout." Meant you were planning on feeding your pleco's to the trout... lol Though not a totally silly idea...

Ha! Oddly enough the other way around makes more sense to me. My catfish eat all sorts of veggies and occasionally get fed whole shrimp and pieces of trout
