so I tested my water the other day. I have zero Ammonia, zero nitrites and zero nitrates. I guess my fix would be add more food or fish?

You could up the feed if they'll eat more (maybe add another feeding). Adding fish is another option. If your plants aren't showing deficiencies they may just be using the nitrates as fast as they are supplied. Lots of systems run with no nitrates showing but do fine. It's not like regular hydroponics where you have to have this huge reserve of nutrients because you are adding more every day.

starting to dig out for the 150 gallon tank, and next phase is to put 2 grow beds over the fish tanks.

constant flood online. Plan, is to replace the smaller grow bed also after my cucumbers die.
