Hello everyone I was hitting up the forum to see if any of you guys can help I have two cannabis seedlings that I have just transplanted into my system I am using a pot that has a dual zone Set up in it ! And I was wondering if you guys no why or can help me figure out why my lower leaves on my cannabis plants are yellowing after I transplanted them ? All the new vegetation is a beautiful green but the lower leaves are yellow and I was wondering if this had something to do with transplanting or maybe too much light or even not enough light ?

no idea about light because you dont give any indication of what you have for a light source, is it outside? or inside, etc??

you using the "dual root zone".... must listen to "steve dread" podcast i gather, he used to post here.
what have you got for soil in the pot? actual soil or coco peat / perlite?

it sounds like it is probably nutes lacking - iron is usually the one lacking in a new system, etc.

but without knowing all the other info, no one can tell you why.

Might be potassium - since it sounds like the older leaves are yellowing and the young ones aren't it should be one of the mobile nutrients and potassium is a pretty common deficiency in AP :dontknow:

Could also be a nitrogen deficiency - if this is the case then they'll probably be other deficiencies since this often has to do with not enough feed going into the system to support the plants.

We need more information please. Interesting because I hadn't heard "Cannabis" here. With my wife's Cannabis PTSD I can't grow it in my system, oh well, it is what it is, and it's pretty good.

Light like sun or lamps on too long are the two main things which cause algae. Another cause is high nitrate which plants aren't using perhaps because there isn't enough plants?

I probably have a little of both going on ! So just shade it more and put more plants in ? Because my nitrate are pritty high like 40 ppm . There are no other remedys to get it to leave the system faster so it doesn't hurt the bacteria in the tank ?

BTW I didn't open the zip file. Any reason you put it up in that format? Pictures are pretty easy to post here either from another server or uploaded. Pictures need to resized using a photo manipulator to get them no bigger than 900pxW x 900pxH.

Cannabis is becoming more and more popular nowadays. It is being legalised in a growing number of countries. But being a conservative by nature I would wait for better evidence of its medical impact on an organism :dontknow:
