Well if you get to southern CA be sure and look us up. We've had many exchange students from Australia and visitors are always welcome, especially someone that speaks AP. No Vegemite required. Depending on the timing and group size, free lodging might be available. As a matter of fact, one of our extended family, Kaydon Ralph, is from the Townsville area.

If you need help filling your itinerary, I'm a bit over an hours drive south of there. Silver Falls State Park is near there, the beach isn't too far either. There's also some really neat volcanic areas in Oregon depending on how much driving you're up for.

I'm so sad. Just read 170 pages. Started wondering why the timeline wasn't getting close enough around 150 pages. Now I'm at the end and I see that I not only missed the party, but the cleanup as well...
