I'm cheering you on from down here! I'd send you some of our heat if I could, we could do with a bit less.

I suspect the mint doesn't taste as strong during cooler weather might be due to it producing less of the menthol chemical. It's primarily used as a defense against pests so maybe as the plant goes dormant then it produces less?

Eddie, I think that sounds perfectly reasonable.
