I bought some foam to start my seedlings. I like your setup a lot.
I read your post

When putting in plastic bag to germinate what kind of light do you keep them in?
Your propagator trays do you put water in the bottom of the tray?
What size are your cubes? I was going to cut up to 1” square
Do you start all seeds this way?

I did a search and found your use of foam to start seeds but I did not read the end of your post.

I hope everything works out well for you and your family!

Hi Andreas,

I missed your post back in September about your parents but seeing the last two posts tipped me off. I'm sorry to hear about your folks and hope that you and your family are doing well.

Scotty

Are you human?: Most of me

Thank you for your kind words,I do appreciate them immensely,i returned to Thailand and we were all thinking mum was going to solider on for a while, this would have given me time to organize a passport for my daughter so as we could both come to the UK to see mum and dad. Unfortunately I was only home 4 days when I got the phone call that we don't want to get, this saw back on a plane heading for the UK,mum passed away one hour before my plane touched down at Heathrow.
Dad is incapable of living on his own suffering with Lewy Body Dementia as he is,I could not see him go into a home or any other facility especially after just loosing his wife of 60 years,so I have taken on the role as his full time carer,I get help from nurses who come in twice a day,the morning one sees all his shower and the stuff I don't really want to do ..lol
On the plus side with so much free time I took and passed Ryan's online training course and ok iam going to blow my own trumpet here, final marks in the two exams were 94% and 100%, so we are all prepared for when we go back and get started again.
Again many thanks....Andy, Dasboot.

Andy, first sorry to hear of your loss. My Mother passed quite a few years ago, now the memories are are good ones. Time is very accommodating on things like that.

Congratulations on doing well on your online training, I'm sure Ryan is quite particular about his course.

Looking forward to your return.
