I think that I am pretty able to say that the Zeolite does wok, given the massive fish numbers and the expired time...

I am curious if a swimming pool filter with Zeolite will work the same, but I suspect that it would not, as it would not have that Air-Exposed-Core that the Bags have..

since zeolite absorbs nutes, now take one of those bags out and plants a plant into it.
use the zeolite bag like a pot with dirt, see how many nutes are actually in the zeolite.
