Hi Sam,
Thank you very much for your help.
My tank is 500 Lit. I put ten mini koi (10cm) in my system now.
I use leca for grow bed. One 100L grow bed with bell siphon.
I'll slowly add more. I intend to add one more 100L media bed (totally 1m2) and 1m2 deep flow grow bed
