I can kind of understand people drifting away, the same old questions keep on popping up, and you end up repeating yourself.

I don't really blame the new people for that, there is a lot of information to sort through on here, and knowing what to search for is an art.

From a newbie point of view, the 'older' members can often answer a question promptly and well and it's nice to know AP isn't a fad and there are some really mature systems out there still ticking over :headbang:

When did it start? The date I joined to the left of this post is the date it was started..

Yes, people move on over time, I'm a member of many forums and some I'm only there for just a very short time to learn what I need then you move on..

It is true, there are only so many times you can explain aquaponics, and answer newb questions before you start to go a little crazy.. I was out at Yowah in the middle of nowhere a few weeks ago wearing my old byap shirt and twice i was accosted by people, "tell me more about this aquaponics thing, I've heard about it once before."

Once was at the market day in Yowah, and this woman stall holder was super excited, "oh aquaponics, that's the thing with the fish and the plants, were you on the tellie before? Do you make the systems? Can I do it here? Do you think I could make one with my old bath tub? Where can I get fish here?................................ :geek:
I had to stop her after a while, No sorry lady, I'm at the market, your a stall holder selling opal bits, you have to tell me about the opal... :D

Getting side tracked... Only one of those people I've heard about in a while would have been C1 about a year ago maybe... Most others, no idea...

I think the pirate has left us, I messaged him a while ago, and no reply :(

Or he's got the email notifications turned off.
