Get the growing happening first with FISH-LESS cycling.
No.1 failure is jumping to fish TOO-SOON
and decide if you want to SPLIT the whole process.. ie.. Fish Growing and Plant Growing
A number of more experienced AP'ers seem to prefer that.

best outcome for a new system is KISS for a season - then after that it is gloves off.

also a few other SA'ers regularly here in the threads - sure Colum will be around shortly....

I'm also new to this addictive caper and yet to get a system up and running. Also from Adelaide (southern suburbs).
