There's a stage with seedlings where they've popped up and gotten a few proper leaves, and then it seems they just stop - it means they're putting all their energy into establishing good roots before they switch back to growing above ground. You've probably hit that point. A few of them look a little yellow, too, so you might be having a deficiency problem - you could add a little Seasol or some other trace mineral supplement.

(A little. And Seasol, not Charlie Carp or Powerfeed. Don't do what I did and spike your system! )

You've got about a thousand liters in your system, maybe a bit more? Try two capfuls to start with, then a capful every few weeks. It doesn't seem like a lot, but a lot of members on here with absolutely awesome systems and growth use that much or even less, and I figure the circulating water keeps bringing it back to the plants to give them another go at catching what they need. Not like in dirt gardening, where you put fertiliser on and then every drop of water after that washes it away!

So I found out why my caterpillar spray isn't working. Seems like I parked my system next to a tree infested with caterpillars... leaves falling onto my planta are providing a quick meal for the little buggers!!
