Welcome to the forum Marco.

Could be a lot of things going on. Do you notice the water accumulating somewhere else in the system?

Pictures might help, this is a tutorial on posting pictures - http://www.backyardaquaponics.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=21754

Sounds like the pump is 150 Liters per hour and the returns might be too small? If so the simple thing to do would to put a valve on the pump and cut down the flow. There is a limit on how much free water can flow back in return pipes. After all it is not under pressure. I believe the size should be from 2 to 3 times the feed flow pipes. I would also check the level of the return pipes to assure they are tilting/pitch the right way. If the level is up in any place the pipes will accumulate a massive amount of water. Tap on them, are they full or empty? They should all sound hollow and be nearly empty. 1/4 inch off, is all it takes.
