Quite like the design of the fish tanks with the v shaped bottom. Though it seems in practice they need to be stronger on the long sides.

I think the "apparent" bulge in the dwc tank is an artifact or parallax effect. the later photos look fine

Thanks boss!

These are a few possibilities for the system in 2016 to look at which option is best!
I love to draw with "Sketch Up". :D

System 2015 // The End

Information:

Point 1: What was not so good? / What needs to be improved?

- The system needs to be better accessible
- The fish tanks must be again reinforced
- More flow into the fish tanks
- The plants need up more space
- The water flow is too low
- Smaller people can only look bad in the fish tanks
- The DWC is too large for the system
- Better fine filter

To make the system more accessible, I will rebuild the GBs, the fish tanks and the DWC. This results in 2 main ways, each 80cm wide and a little way behind the fish tank. The GBs I will additionally put down from 75cm to 55cm and put it on EUR-pallets. The fish tanks I will again break down completely and rebuild (+ increase). In order to increase the water flow I'll use 110mm pipes this year. In order to improve the flow, I will first shorten the path from pump to fish tank and 2nd attach a narrowing for more pressure buildup. In addition, I will make a "Wave maker" use when the fish are sufficiently large.
Thus even smaller people can look into the fish tank I have thought of a podium from EUR-pallets and as for the fine filter because I'm still thinking where and how I install it.

Point 2: Why I had this year, no fish in the system?

This is due to various problems and decisions:
1. The trout farmers in my area wanted me no fish leave out of fear of competition.
2. Other trout farmers deliver the live fish, supply until 2000 or more fish.
3. I have no car, no trailer and my friends have no followers.
4. The water levels are here at 7.5 (scale content) and have improved only slowly, but the Rainbow Trout need 6.5 so they are fine.
Added to this is that I've started very late with the development of my system. So I have no fish brought me ultimately decided this year but so wait until 2016th.

Point 3: Why am I so long been inactive in the forum?

Now that is mainly due to two points:
1. I had quite a bit to do with the system (build , repair and take care of it) and
2. Had I started working again as a landscape gardener and was always of 6 clock in the morning to 7 clock in the evening go. Then still look after the system, something to eat and then off to bed. Over the weekend I had no more desire on translating and prepare. ..And so the time has passed quickly..

Ps: I will, however, try more often to look into the Forum again in 2016 :)
Ps ps: I hope the translation into English is fairly legible ;)

Hi Bastian let me commend your English.

I'm currently learning German with Duolingo and you are way ahead of me.
