How do you attach the sheets? Drill and screw? Furring strips?

I have two different aluminum profiles that they will go in then I have galvanized screws with rubber washers.
On the blocking in the middle of the sheet it will be just galvanized screws with bigger rubber washers.

We had a week vacation at Disney world with wife and two boys. We had so much fun.
We did the behind the seeds tour at Disney
https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/event ... the-seeds/
It was fun and we will try a couple things they are doing later.

Then I get back to a week of rain.

Today it rained all morning then this afternoon it quit. The first piece of polycarb is up and second piece is cut. My ladder kept sinking in the wet ground but I don't care I am finally getting back to building the green house.

This side is the east side so it will have clear polycarb the rest will have the diffused polycarb.
I want as much as the morning sun to come in and heat things up as soon and quick as possible.

Looking good Mark. Do you use a plastic blade to cut the poly? Never worked with it. I read somewhere that it was almost cheaper to use glass, due to the longevity. If I do one, I'll probably use poly, due to cost. I would want a 40 x 60' or 40 x 90, and either of the other 2 options would kill me. Yours is looking really good.

I bought a table saw 180 tooth blade to cut it. This works well.
I bought a 180 tooth skill saw bade from harbor freight but it is not very good. I am going to get another one.
This is my first time working wilt it. The clear has a 10 year warranty and the defused panels have a 15 year warranty.

I was going to use the windows on the roof but it is against code to put non tempered glass above your head and probably just a bad idea. So I decided polycarb on the roof. But everyone have a min order so that put me using polycarb on a lot more of the green house.

Advancegreenhouses.com beat everybody on price by a lot. I was picking up at the distributor in Charlotte NC that saved crating and shipping fees well worth it.

Like cutting laminate. A plywood blade ran backwards would probably work in a pinch also. Can't wait to the final product.

It is exactly like cutting laminate. It is strange the harbor freight blade is cutting good now.

It did not rain today finally!

I finished the east wall all but the vent. I will come back and do all the vents later.
I will be nice to get to the front wall and not have so many angles to cut.

looks like you cycled the greenery. I don't guess this level of rain is normal for up there?

I have a few plants still growing. The fish water is cold so they are not eating much at all.
In the first 5 days this month we had as much rain as we get the whole month normally.

I am so ready to get it closed in but I still need to build the roof venting.
