Hello There,

For the past 6 weeks I've been working on trying to regenerate a system that's currently one year old. Next to this we're buisy building 8 more backyard aquaponics systems to stimulate local entrepreneurship in Awassa, Ethiopia.

The planned design can be seen below, all comments are very welcome! This project will be monitored by the Agricultural University of Wageningen for two years and we hope that the results will help us to improve the living contitions of urban Ethiopians.

As for me I'll be staying around here for the next couple of months to guide the project through the most crucial fase of starting up. (In this I can see that Ethiopia is much more challenging than europe as It comes down to parts supply and bureaucratic nonsense)

File comment: This design will be applied for those with bigger backyards. (It is currently adjusted to 15 NFT pipes with 30 holes, each pipe beeing 6m long) In total this gives 450 planting holes with one media bed of 1.8m2
