Things are progressing but slowly, hopefully about to accelerate.

I think I've mentioned this but one of the things the bank has said is that we can increase the size of the property that we buy by demonstrating we can afford a bigger loan. Evidence of this can be as simple as having a signed long term lease for a portion of the land. That is what is allowing us to have a crack at the cooperative farm idea. The more people we have interested (and then committed) the better chance we have of pulling it off.

The cooperative farm website is getting there but not quite ready to launch yet. Since we are in wanting to get going ASAP I'm going to start drumming up more interest in the cooperative farm concept without the website for now.

As part of that Continuum has suggested that I offer people to not just lease a piece of land on the farm but to ask if anyone would be interested in leasing some AP system space. The initial system is going to be fish focused and the DWC side of things expanded later. However, if someone was interested in taking on some of the plant growing I'd welcome the discussion.

If all goes well we will be launching the website for the cooperative farm (as per your suggestions above) and announcing a new joint venture which is uber exciting.

Mr Chignell, Sir
This is a new side we are seeing of you!
Previously black and white.
Now shades of grey.
I hope you move into the multi-coloured sunlight.
Good luck.
I wish you well

Well....plans of mice and men and all that. :(

Last Thursday I was hoping to be able to announce a Joint venture between Fish Farmers and Earthworker.

http://earthworkercooperative.com.au/

Unfortunately we only got to "in principal support" of the cooperative farm component.

They are on board but we have to get the all the details sorted, lots of governance stuff.

So stay tuned. Some banks are interested in giving us a loan others not so much. Once we get the deal with Earthworker sorted a lot of things should just fall into place.

So if you know anyone who wants to start farming, start a rural business (micro brewery, cheese maker, etc.), workshop, studio (especially a potter and blacksmith) please send them our way. Farm website still being built and probably won't be launched until the deal is done with Earthworker.

There major product is there hotwater tank which is the best on the market. It is more expensive than the Chinese ones but the quality is outstanding for not much extra.

Since the mutualisation sales are up and they are anticipating having to struggle to meet orders. As a result they are working up plans to add more staff and they have the cash to buy more equipment.
