Our first visitors came by today! They're the folks sharing their gardens in the sustainable ag tour next week, and at least a couple of them are interested in AP! One really wants to do solar, so I count it as a win for spreading the AP word locally. I hope to really get some interest going from the big tour next week.

We had a great open house yesterday, as part of the local sustainable ag tour. Despite 90 degree heat, we had over 40 visitors interested in auqaponics, with a couple of them working on plans to start their own systems!

it's a Palram Silver 8x20-foot Snap and Grow Greenhouse - the ad says 'fun and easy to assemble", which is a fib.
It took 4 of us 2 weekends to get it set up, and the instructions leave a lot to be desired. But once it's up it seems solid, although we haven't had any weather drama to be sure.

We had 30 to 50 mph wind on Saturday - the green house held up just fine. Lost power, but managed to keep the fish pumps running on a little generator (the ones not on solar power), so all was fine. Got power back last night.
