Sorry for being active, the system was a flop. did not harvest anything at all. so thrown away all of the stuff I made ( Sad for doing that now :support: ).

But on a more positive note, I am going to start again with aquaponics, just been busy with relocating and work and stuff. So I want to make just a small system that works with barrels.

So hopefully that come out great and I can carry on with bigger systems.

I think I tried to go to big for a first timer, so now want to start small and focus on the water quality and the right food and that the system generates correctly. I am going to read more definitely so that no more screw ups is going to stand in my way.

I finally build my new system in the birth country of Backyard Aquaponics , Perth, Western Australia.

I migrated here and I am loving it.

Was amazing to see how I started back in 2009... I was 21 years old and the passion to grow plants in Aquaponics again never died. My dream is still to have a commercial system and grow stuff. It's a true addiction to have a sustainable life cycle in your possession.

Here is the link of the small IBC system I have going now - viewtopic.php?t=25530
