I am going to build a radial flow filter with a uniseal around the stand pipe. There is a seam in the bottom of the barrel that i think it might be best to avoid. Is it okay if the standpipe is off center in my rff?

I think it will work but maybe not quite as well. I suppose that depends on how far off center you are.
