Hey everyone,

I'm currently completing my masters in Environmental Management and my dissertation topic is on aquaponics and sustainable food production. Thought I'd register with this community as I've got a short survey for those of you who run commercial / semi-commercial farms (or just sell your crops locally!); if this is relevant to you here's a link to the form: http://goo.gl/forms/UZCZr4sIup

Apologies in advance if registering just to post this is frowned upon. There is currently only one (!) peer reviewed journal that has a survey of aquaponics practitioners, so I hope that this work will add to the body of literature available and help the aquaponics community. Thank-you.

There is one person on here that has a commercial farm, and a few semi commercial. And he hardly has time to update his thread, let alone fill out a survey. I'm sorry, but I don't like your chances.

Thanks for the reply Colum. Perhaps I should have been a little more descriptive - even if you sell products locally on a small scale, not as a primary source of income I still consider this "commercial".

I was talking about them too. Its 'backyard' aquaponics here, commercial is another ball game.
