Viykor it looks to me like the plant itself is being affected by a physical problem.. such as too much direct sunlight causing drying out in the media... if u say the flowrate into the bed is sluggish and the drain cycle is quick.. them looks to me that the media itself is drying out quickly at the root zone... try running one of your beds Constant Flooded arrangement and see if that makes a difference.. one thing to note of CF beds.. only plant the seedlings no deeper than the roots depth.. any deeper may cause the stem to rot.. try that with new seedlings and see if that made a difference
