G'day all,

not affiliated with Cheidy's at all, but wanted to say a massive thankyou for the outstanding customer service. Ordered one of their pumps online that arrived somewhat battered by Australia Post and the ceramic shaft inside broken.

After a quick call to a lovely lady that works there (sorry, your name has slipped my feeble mind!), i received not only a new ceramic shaft, but the entire impellor assembly, bubble wrapped, foam peanutted and wrapped in a stubbie holder for extra protection. Awesome!

to the guys and girls at Cheidy's, my many thanks - you've certainly won my business!

Oh Geez Alan, this is a very nice plug for us. We are really just carrying on the great friendly nature of BYAP.
A bit of old fashioned friendly service and a few exciting surprises turns a bad shopping experience into a happy outcome. Im glad the package arrived safely and the next pumps that we send out we will ensure lots of padding. Thank you for your kind words and look forward to supplying you with all your Aquaponic needs.
