Hi, I've been looking for good tubs to use as media beds for a system. a local aquaponics place uses(roughly) 4x3 ft 40 gallon tubs from Botanicare but i've heard not to use gear made for hydroponics because its not strong enough for use as a media filled bed. However, im just looking for nice roughly 4x3 ft containers to use for a media bed. Also looking for a 100-150 gallon container to use for fish but would prefer not to use a cut down ibc.

I would use pod liner and make your own containers. It's pretty inexpensive.
