From your video clip it appears that you don't have a right angle on the bottom of your stand pipe, if that is the case the water will just flow over the top of the stand pipe, there is nothing to create any back pressure and start a siphon effect.

With 1-1/4" pipe that siphon should have much more flow. My guess is the slits on the bottom are restricting the flow. You could try placing three small blocks about 3/8" or 1/2" tall under the bell to test if the flow increases.

Thanks very much I'll try that.

But then the water will stop to high up won't drain fully

..
But it will show if the siphon actually works..

You need to be prepared to compromise.. I would use a 25mm stand pipe with a 50mm flair (adapter)
Ie better to have a fast flow from a smaller pipe
If you suck faster than the water can flow from the ends of the bed, then the siphon will break early, leaving water behind ..
I would also have a plastic cage holding the media back from the siphon, thus allowing better flow from the media..
And you could experiment with a 45deg bend instead of a 90deg..
..
.

That worked thanks do you think it creates enough pressure to push the pipe off the bottom with 90*s

It wont force anything off there's not a lot of pressure, it's just enough to back the water up and create the siphon.
